Serves 1 – Time: 5 mins


  • 1 scoop Caramel Latte Water Lentil Lean
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Optional: drizzle sugar-free caramel syrup, top with fresh blueberries and chopped banana


  1. Peel and freeze banana overnight
  2. Add Caramel Latte Water Lentil Lean, frozen banana, almond milk, cold brew coffee, and sea salt to blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Top with sugar-free caramel syrup, fresh blueberries and chopped banana
