Vanilla Yogurt Protein Smoothie

Calling all gym gals and guys! I've got the perfect post-workout drink for you! 

When you get out of the gym all you want to do is nourish your muscles with tons of good ole branched chain amino acids and essential amino acids, right? ;) Kidding, that is probably not the first thing on your mind. But whether you are thinking about those amino acids or just protein in general - this smoothie has it all. Lentein contains a higher percent of essential amino acids (those are the important ones) and branched chain amino acids (those are the ones that make your muscles bigger) than any other plant-based protein!

  • 1  frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk
  • 1 scoop Real Source Vanilla Shake
