- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop Tropical Bliss All-In-One Nutrition
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds, 1/2 cup for blending and 1/2 cup for topping
Optional: coconut flakes, granola
