Chia Seed Overnight Oats

Here is my second take at overnight oats and once again, I'm hooked. I just love the simplicity of waking up, getting ready and grabbing a tuperware full of delicious, gooey oats! No more making breakfast, I just heat it up at work and enjoy! 

These overnight oats are so simple that I bet you have all of the ingredients in your house already! Because I've added our All-In-One Nutrition Vanilla to the oats, you've already got some protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals packed in there! Then the banana adds some fruit and the almond butter adds those healthy fats that we have all come to love! Oh, and if you like some crunch you can also add some whole almonds or walnuts!

Don't stress over your breakfast anymore! This is the perfect, tasty morning treat and will leave you full until lunchtime so you won't feel the need to snack every few hours! 


- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

- 1 scoop Water Lentil Superfood

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

- 1 medium banana, cut up 

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- a handful of almonds or walnuts
